Hi, I’m Mladen Injac, a proficient backend developer with frontend knowledge. My mission is to design and create impactful solutions, turning ideas into reality and delivering exceptional user experiences.

After completing education in economics, I worked for ten years as an insurance consultant, team leader, trainer and administrator. Throughout this time, often limited in ability to express creativity or influence decisions that could truly improve people's lives. This led me to explore new opportunities and I found that programming could be a powerful way to contribute to solutions that makes people's lives better.

By leveraging my knowledge of economics, I transitioned into software development, where I was able to apply concepts like data analysis, process optimization, and efficient resource management - skills I honed over the years - into developing effective and scalable solutions. I'm passionate about creating systems that help organizations optimize their workflows and drive impactful results.
